Thank you for shopping with The Fillup Club. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please ensure the product is not be used, damaged with labels attached. Kindly include original invoice with the product in original brand packaging.
This return policy applies only to defective product.
*Please note that for all return/ refund processes, all shipping costs related to the delivery of the product will be at customers cost.
Please contact blow@thefillupclub.com to facilitate a return. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your goods, in accordance with the repayment method you choose on your return slip. For more details, please contact our customer service.
All return must adhere to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice and labels.
Only replacement of same product will be given if it satisfies the requirements above and subject to availability of the product in our warehouse.
Return/ refund can only be made for items purchased through www.thefillupclub.com and products purchased cannot be refunded/exchanged in any store.
No exchange for different items/ color/ size can be made for online purchase.

Purchase with credit/debit card: any credit will be refunded to the card used.

Product as seen on the Site may differ slightly from the actual product that you receive.
If the goods you received is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team (blow@thefillupclub.com) and provide an order reference number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or replacement.
After receiving the products, we will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund via e-mail as soon as possible.
In terms of return products that are not broken, we have the discretion to decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Products and/or we may require you to pay for all shipping fees and services in accordance with the standard cost and other costs for credit or debit card, or payment details you provide to us when you make your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to you for any loss, liability, damage costs, or other expenses.
